9.1. This consent is provided in electronic form through conclusive actions — registration of an Account on the LALAPAM Platform, which constitutes a proper expression of the data subject's will in accordance with Article 9, Part 1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data."

9.2. By registering on the LALAPAM platform, the Subject confirms that they have read this document and voluntarily consent to the processing of personal data.

9.3. This consent is given freely, of the Subject's own will and in their own interest.

9.4. Processing is carried out in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data."
