2.1. This consent applies to the processing of the following personal data:

• Messenger identifiers (Telegram ID, MAX ID, VK ID, Yandex ID, as well as identifiers in other messengers connected to the Platform as the functionality becomes available)
• Content of messages and correspondence in the Platform's communication channels, including dialogs with the AI agent
• Information about preferences and service history generated from dialogs and orders (for service personalization purposes)
• IP address, user-agent data
• Order and transaction data

3. Purposes of Processing

3.1. Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Registration and authorization on the platform
• Performance of the Terms of Service
• Sending notifications and messaging (Telegram, MAX, Email, Push, as well as messenger accounts connected by organizations — Direct Channels)
• Fiscal receipt generation (for self-employed users)
• Operation of AI Features: processing of queries and correspondence by artificial intelligence models, automated dialog (AI agent), generation of brief dialog summaries and preference information
• Development and improvement of artificial intelligence models: maintaining a technical log of AI agent interactions and using information from it — with phone numbers and email addresses removed — to assess quality and further train the models
• Analytics and platform improvement
• Security

4. Processing Methods

4.1. Personal data is processed using the following methods:

• Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction.
• Automated and mixed processing.

5. Transfer of Data to Third Parties and Cross-Border Transfer

5.1. Data may be transferred to third parties specified in the Privacy Policy, exclusively in the volume necessary for the respective processing purpose.

5.2. The personal data subject consents to the cross-border transfer of personal data to the following recipients: OpenAI (USA), DeepSeek (People's Republic of China), Resend (USA), Telegram (UAE), and — when the corresponding communication channels are used — to the operators of other connectable messengers according to their jurisdiction (see the list in the Privacy Policy).

5.3. Legal basis for the transfer: the data subject's consent, the necessity of performing a contract to which the data subject is a party.

6. Processing Using Artificial Intelligence Technologies

6.1. The personal data subject is informed and agrees that, when the Platform's AI Features are used, the content of their queries and correspondence is processed by large language models of third-party providers (including OpenAI — USA, DeepSeek — PRC, and, as they become available, providers of Russian models), including cross-border transfer, in the volume necessary to generate a response.

6.2. AI Feature responses (including AI agent responses in dialog channels) are generated automatically. No decisions producing legal consequences for the subject are made based solely on automated processing: legally significant actions (creation, modification, cancellation of an appointment or order) are performed on the basis of the subject's will and/or are subject to control by the organization serving the subject.

6.3. Brief information about the subject's preferences may be generated from dialogs for service personalization. The subject has the right to demand its correction or deletion in the manner provided by the Privacy Policy.

7. Validity of Consent

7.1. This consent is valid indefinitely until withdrawn.

7.2. Upon withdrawal of consent, processing shall cease within 30 days.

7.3. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.

8. Withdrawal Procedure

8.1. Send a written request to the operator's email: support@lalapam.ru.

8.2. The request must include: full name, registration email (or another identifier used on the Platform), and the withdrawal request.

8.3. The operator shall cease processing within 30 days of receipt.

8.4. You may also opt out of receiving messages in a dialog channel by sending a reply message demanding that sending be stopped (stop word); such an opt-out is recorded automatically.

8.5. Withdrawal may result in the inability to use the platform.

10. Final Provisions

10.1. This consent is provided in electronic form by a separate expression of the personal data subject's will in one of the following ways:

• checking a consent box in the Platform interface during registration, authorization, or form submission;
• submitting a booking (order) form containing personal data after reviewing the consent notice;
• continuing a dialog in a messenger or another communication channel after receiving a notice with a link to this document (for interactions initiated by the subject in a dialog channel).

Performing any of the above actions constitutes a proper expression of the personal data subject's will in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data." The fact, date, method of providing consent, and the version of this document are recorded by the Operator in a consent log.

10.2. The Subject confirms that they have read this document and voluntarily consent to the processing of personal data.

10.3. This consent is given freely, of the Subject's own will and in their own interest.

10.4. Processing is carried out in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data."
