Client base protection

Client phone numbers and emails are visible only to the people you open them to. Your team replies in a shared inbox — and cannot walk away with your client list.

Chat section: messages relayed from Telegram and MAKS in one thread, client card without phone or email
Who it's for
  • Beauty salons
  • Barbershops
  • Studios
  • Clinics
  • Solo professionals
  • Multi-location chains
Shared inbox

Every channel in one thread

  • Messages from Telegram and MAKS land in a shared chat, labelled by channel
  • Staff reply right in the thread — the answer goes back through the same channel
  • The client card sits next to the conversation: notes, balance, visit history
  • No phone number is needed to reply — so none is shown
Client conversation: incoming Telegram messages, front-desk replies, client card on the right
Contacts

Not hidden in the UI — never sent at all

  • In the client list the "Contact" column is empty for staff
  • Phone, email and messenger handle are stripped on the server, not styled away
  • Client revenue (LTV) is closed off by a separate permission
  • Staff notification texts get contacts redacted too
Client list as staff sees it: the "Contact" column shows dashes instead of phone numbers
Roles

You decide who sees what

  • Ready-made roles — owner, admin, manager, staff
  • Contacts, client revenue and chat are toggled independently
  • A permission can go to one person without changing everyone else's role
  • Someone leaves — you revoke the role and access closes instantly
Manager role permissions: "Client contacts" and "Client finances (LTV)" show 0 of 4
Day-to-day

Bookings run without the client's phone

  • The booking card shows the name, notes and the list of services
  • Payments, discounts and visit statuses work as usual
  • Messaging the client starts right from the booking — one click into the chat
  • Reminders and confirmations go out automatically, with no manual calls

In three steps

How it works

1

Assign roles

Owner, front-desk manager, staff. Neither the manager nor the staff role carries the client-contacts permission by default — there is nothing to switch off.

2

Connect the channels

Telegram and MAKS bots, email, your own app. Everything clients send lands in the Chat section.

3

Work as usual

Staff reply to the client, run the booking and take payment. The client's phone number is not part of that.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Who exactly can see a client's phone number?

The owner and anyone you grant the client-contacts permission to. Front-desk managers and staff do not have it by default: phone, email and messenger handle never reach the frontend — the server strips them, not the interface.

Then how does a team member reach the client?

Through the Chat section. Messages from Telegram, MAKS, email and your app collect into a single thread labelled by channel; staff reply there and the answer goes back over the same channel the client used.

What if someone does need the contacts?

Grant the client-contacts permission to their role, or to that one person. Permissions are granular: contacts, client revenue and chat access are independent of each other.

What happens when an employee leaves?

Revoke the role — access to the client base, the chat and the bookings closes immediately. The conversation history stays with the salon.

Can I hide revenue figures as well as contacts?

Yes. Client revenue (LTV) is a separate permission — without it, the sold and paid columns show dashes.
