AI booking agent
A client writes in chat — the agent finds a slot, confirms the phone number and creates the booking. It remembers regulars, calls a human when it should, and shows the cost of every conversation.
- Beauty salons
- Barbershops
- Studios
- Clinics
- Solo professionals
- Multi-location chains
It gets the client booked, not instructed
- Understands "a haircut on Thursday evening" — no commands, no menus
- Picks the service, the specialist and a free slot in your own schedule
- Offers the options as buttons — one tap for the client
- Creates the booking in the calendar and sends the client the details
A regular never has to explain themselves twice
- After each conversation the agent stores the usual service, specialist and location
- Next time it greets them by name and offers to repeat the visit
- The memory is visible in the client card — edit it or wipe it
- Past visits and staff notes about the client are taken into account too
It never pretends it coped
- Refunds, complaints, anything unusual — the agent calls the front desk
- It steps out of the conversation and stays out while a human works
- Your team continues the same thread in the Chat section
- Such conversations are flagged in the list — "handed to the front desk"
You can see what every conversation cost
- A list of conversations with cost, message count and duration
- Inside a conversation — the cost and token count of every model turn
- Filters for "most expensive first" and "above N" to spot anomalies
- A daily reply limit per client keeps your budget from becoming free ChatGPT
The agent speaks and acts the way you decided
- Tone of voice — formal or casual, style and emoji policy
- The opening line and how to treat returning clients
- An "about us" knowledge base — parking, payment, cancellation rules
- Toggles for rescheduling and cancelling, with minimum notice windows
Run it on your own key
- Ready-made system models — nothing to connect
- Or your own provider — OpenAI, Anthropic, Qwen, OpenRouter, any OpenAI-compatible one
- Your key, your invoices — pay the vendor directly, outside our billing
- The model is chosen for the agent separately from the rest of the automation

Frequently asked questions
Does the agent actually create the booking or just collect a request?
It creates the booking. It works against your real schedule — free slots, service duration, the specialist's shifts — and finishes by putting the order in the calendar and sending the client the details.
What if the agent does not understand or cannot help?
It hands the conversation to the front desk and steps out: your team continues the same thread in the Chat section. Such conversations are flagged in the list as handed over.
What does it cost?
Whatever the model tokens cost. The spend is visible per conversation — messages, tokens, money. A normal booking fits into 5–10 agent replies, and the daily reply limit per client is configurable.
Can I plug in my own OpenAI key?
Yes. Besides the ready-made system models you can add your own provider — OpenAI, Anthropic, Qwen, OpenRouter or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint: base URL, key and model. Then you pay the vendor directly for tokens.
Will the agent see client contacts and conversations?
The agent works inside your organisation and sees only its data. What your staff sees is a separate role setting: client contacts can be hidden from stylists and front-desk managers.
